Rachel Goldstein has been teaching Pilates for nearly a decade. Her dance background and experience as a massage therapist inform her unique understanding of the body and movement. She teaches a well rounded mat class that is safe and challenging for movers at all levels.
ABOUT GROUP PILATES CLASS
WHERE: Zoom, the comfort of your own home
WHAT: Rachel creates a well rounded class, targeting muscle groups that are “out to lunch” in a sedentary lifestyle. Spinal erectors, abdominals, glutes and hamstrings all tend to check out while we’re seated to work a long day, or pass the time during this quarantine. This class will not only strengthen those muscle groups (and more), it is also a chance to practice letting go of tension where it is not productive. Open to beginners, experts and everyone in between!
