Service Description

Breathe deep through this slow-paced, moving meditation that will leave your body and mind feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. This sequence consists of 15 classic Hatha postures held for 1-2 min each, followed by Savasana between each pose. Accessible to beginners, with challenging modifications offered to more advanced students. Prepare to be totally blissed out by the final Savasana.
