Service Description

Fluid heart and hip-opening flow guided by expansive breathing to create space. Juicy stretches aren't even the best part of this intuitive sequence designed to improve flexibility, open joint space, and enhance sensory awareness. All classes begin with pranayama (breath-work) integrated throughout the following asana (posture) sequence.
